The present invention relates to a remote attaching and detaching device and, more specifically, to a remote attaching and detaching device including a camera module which substitutes a view of an operator in a working space whereby access to the operator is limited or impossible. The remote attaching and detaching device includes the camera module which monitors a working environment of a slave arm of a remote robot within a harmful environment. The remote attaching and detaching device comprises; a fixing module which is fixated around a griper placed on the slave arm; and the camera module which is attached and detached within the fixing module and provides sight information around the griper. The camera module comprises; a housing; a camera which is fixated on the housing and takes a picture of the sight information; a connector which transmits and receives an electric signal to the camera by combining with the fixing module and an attaching and detaching unit which can be attached and detached to the fixing module.
