摘要 An eccentric rotation type automatic hole alignment apparatus for lamination comprises: a step lap stacker which is provided with laminated unit iron cores and stacks the iron cores into unit step laps, an iron core laminating board which supports and aligns laminated members which are formed by stacking the step laps, a robot arm which transfers the step labs in the step lap stacker to the iron core laminating board, and an eccentric rotating alignment unit which is installed in the iron core laminating board, rises in accordance with an increase in the height of the step laps, and rotates eccentrically at the center of the said step laps via a rotary motor to align the said step labs. The eccentric rotation type automatic hole alignment apparatus allows automatic alignment of the laminated iron cores by installing an alignment pin having a diameter smaller than that of an alignment hole so that it can rotates eccentrically on the alignment hole while the iron cores are stacked. Moreover, the eccentric rotation type automatic hole alignment apparatus can prevent the alignment pin from warping which may occur during the eccentric rotation by installing a guide member, on an upper part of the alignment pin, which is the same size as the alignment hole to guide the eccentric rotation. In addition, the eccentric rotation type automatic hole alignment apparatus can improve productivity and reduce man hours during the iron core laminating process by using the robot arm which transfers and stacks iron cores.
