The sleeve has a tubular part (5) exhibiting height that is defined between two end edges (1-1, 1-2). Another tubular part (7) is fixed at the former tubular part by two permanent fixing lines (8, 8-1). The tubular parts delimit a housing for introduction of an object (12) that is accessible by an opening (13), between the lines. The latter tubular part has greater dimension than that of the former tubular part corresponding to an engagement between the lines according to a value that is greater than or equal to 2% in relation of size of the object to be inserted inside the housing.
