The present invention relates to polyurea paint capable of handwork, comprising: a primary unit including urethane prepolymer generated by reacting isocyanate with polyol; and a hardener unit including a poly aspartate mixture manufactured from a mixture of polyamine and polyether polyamine, wherein the mole ratio of the isocyanate of the urethane prepolymer and an amine group of the poly aspartate is 1 : 0.8-1. Through this, the polyurea paint generated has long pot time, and thereby, allowing paint work with a pitchfork, a roller or the like. In addition, the polyurea paint has better flexibility than urethane prepolymer paint, and is solventfree paint so as to be harmless to the human body and the natural environment. Furthermore, the polyurea paint has short amount of hardening time, and therefore effects of reduced construction period, as well as has excellent water resist with remarkable material properties such as wear resistance, flexibility resistance, durability, water resistance, and adhesion.
