A cleaning part for removing foreign materials adhering to an ultraviolet lamp in an ultraviolet treatment device includes multiple cleaning units for integrating ultraviolet lamps in a certain range and removing foreign materials simultaneously, thereby removing foreign materials effectively by arranging the cleaning units in parallel even if the capacity of the ultraviolet treatment device increases and the number of installed ultraviolet lamps increases. The body of the ultraviolet treatment device has a rectangular section perpendicular to the insertion direction of the ultraviolet lamp. And the ultraviolet lamp has multiple lines arranged perpendicularly to the flow direction of the ballast water in the rectangular section of the body of the ultraviolet lamp. The cleaning units can be arranged in parallel in the flow direction of the ballast water to integrate two or three lines sequentially in the flow direction of the ballast water and remove foreign materials simultaneously. If a driving axis for moving an arm connected to the body of a wiper in the cleaning unit is placed on a central line among the tree lines of the ultraviolet lamp, an ultraviolet lamp interfering with the driving axis is arranged in front of or behind the driving axis in the flow direction of the ballast water, thereby preventing the flow of the ballast water form colliding with the ultraviolet lamp and flowing out.
