The present invention relates to a production method of fermented soybean paste, and specifically, to a production method of fermented soybean paste which comprises the following steps: injecting Aspergillus oryzae to steamed soybeans for fermenting; and adding a colloid crushed material of ginseng and edible salt into the mixture for aging. According to the present invention: ginseng components which are functional components are uniformly contained in the fermented soybean paste, thereby producing the fermented soybean paste which is very useful to health; and the production method is extremely simple, thereby enabling users to easily mass-produce the fermented soybean paste. |
