The device has an electromechanically operating coupling unit rotatably connecting a cylinder core (3) and a closing element with each other. A connecting unit mechanic and electric releasably connects a hand lever with the core. The connecting unit includes threaded connection between the core and hand lever, where the threaded connection includes a positive anti-twist protection device in a form of axial recesses (12) that are arranged on the core or hand lever. Partially formed projection parts (13) are axially engaged in locked state of the threaded connection in the recesses.
