Nowadays, the central and local governments are seeking the beauty of appearance as regards big rivers such as the Han River through projects such as the Han River renaissance. Also green growth meaning eco-friendly growth is a big issue. Therefore, the purpose of the present invention is to achieve both goals of environmental benefits and appearance benefits. A power generating device attachable to a bridge pier according to the present invention is easy to move and has no environmental pollution because the power generating device floats by buoyancy and has both ends connected to a bridge pier to support the power generating device. And the power generating device can generate electricity constantly by controlling the speed of flow through the adjustment of the inclination of a pipeline part with a length-adjustable leg arranged on the pipeline part. Also the power generating device is easy to maintain because a rotating barrel is detachably attached to the body a rotor. |
