The system (1) has an actuator provided with a guide aperture extending along a longitudinal axis and movable in translation along the axis in a housing (20) between a rest position and a blocking position. The actuator comprises a drive element (255), a blocking aperture and the guide aperture that are adapted to receive a catheter. The shell comprises another drive element adapted to cooperate with the former element when the shell is shifted from open position to closed position, and shift the actuator along a longitudinal direction to the blocking position.
