The present invention relates to a manufacturing apparatus for a wood chip board, a manufacturing method of a wood chip board, and a wood chip board, and, more specifically, to a wood chip board having a flexural strength, a compressive strength, an excellent tensile strength, a stable thickness expansion rate, an elongation rate, a high density surface with a low moisture content, and excellent mechanical properties such as soak delamination, abrasion resistance and thermal shock, which enable to be utilized in general and industrial use and having various usages, by using wood by-products obtainable in wood processing or wood treatment. The manufacturing method of a wood chip board according to the present invention comprises a process of collecting by-products from material wood; a first crushing process of crushing the collected by-products of wood into pieces; a second crushing process of crushing the pieces crushed through the first crushing process to particulates of 3-5 mm size to process into a wood chip shape; a mixing process of adding an adhesive to the particulate wood chips and mixing; a molding process of inputting the wood chips mixed with the adhesive into a molder, compressing the wood chips with a press plate having rods for forming holes, and molding into a wood chip board having multiple holes on the thickness; and a step of waiting until the adhesive is hardened once the wood chip board is molded through the molding process, removing the press plate from the molder once the adhesive is hardened, and collecting the molded wood chip board. |
