ACTIVE CELLULOLYTIC ENZYME AND GENE THEREOF

The present invention relates to a cellulolytic enzyme and gene thereof. The cellulolytic enzyme of the present invention is a mutated enzyme which substitutes 141st amino acid asparagine of Bacillus circulans with threonine or valine. The cellulolytic enzyme increases activities two times more than wild types so that the cellulolytic enzyme can be industrially useful.
