The present invention relates to a ship including a cargo hold classified as a hazardous area; and a passage which has an entrance in a space to the cargo hold and which is classified as a safe area. One side of the passage has an inlet. The other side of the passage has an outlet. The inlet and outlet keep the pressure inside the passage to be higher than the pressure inside the cargo hold. The ship according to the present invention secures the safety of access to the cargo hold without a separate hermetic entrance by making the longitudinal passages on the portside and the starboard side of the ship function as a hermetic entrance. Therefore, the ship according to the present invention improves productivity and becomes competitive with other companies as the number of workers for producing and designing the ship and costs for purchasing materials and drying the ship for installing a hermetic entrance are reduced.
