The present invention relates to an anti-reflective coating composition capable of forming a coating layer with low reflectivity, an anti-reflective film using the same, and a method for manufacturing an anti-reflective film, and more specifically, to an anti-reflective film and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the anti-reflective film minimizes reflectivity by forming a coating layer using the anti-reflective coating composition including siloxane compounds synthesized by reacting organosilane having a fluoroalkyl group with alkoxysilane as binders. The anti-reflective film using the anti-reflective coating composition improves an anti-reflective effect and is expected to be used for various displays like a touch film and the like.
