According to one aspect of the present invention, a tip grinding apparatus includes: a rotator member which rotates a tip to be ground; a reciprocating stage which is installed to be connected to the rotator member and which transfers the rotator member in the lengthwise direction of the tip; a tilting member which is installed to be connected to the reciprocating stage and which imposes tilting movement to the tip; and a grinding member which comes in contact with the tip and grinds the tip.
