The present invention relates to a porous catalytic membrane, and a manufacturing method of the same. The present invention provides the manufacturing method of the porous catalytic membrane which comprises the following steps: (a) mixing nickel metal powder with a metallic or ceramic material; (b) heating and molding the mixture; and (c) heat-processing the molded product, and the a porous catalytic membrane in which the nickel metal powder, YSZ, and palladium are integrated, compressed and molded, thereby improving a function of a methane-steam reforming reaction and a steam complex reforming reaction.
