Disclosed is a device for implementing variable compression ratios, including: pistons for forming a combustion chamber; connecting rods connected to the pistons; eccentric links eccentrically connected to the pistons; swing links connected to the eccentric links, in order to rotate the eccentric links; crank pins, to which the connecting rods are connected; and a crank web, including guide units which are arranged on both side of the crank pins, and which guide the descending motions of the eccentric links and the swing links. The descending motions of the eccentric links and the swing links are thereby stabilized.
