Provided are a system and a method for sharing a three-dimensional (3D) video using spectacle type photographing and display devices. The device for sharing a 3D video according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a 3D camera capturing the viewing direction of a user; a processor generating a 3D video with the video captured by the 3D camera; and a network communication unit transmitting the 3D video generated by the processor to a user through a network. Therefore, a plurality of users can share the 3D video at the same view point by making a scene which a user currently watches into a 3D video and storing or transmitting the video to a spectacle type display of the other user through a corded or wireless network.
