The present invention relates to a smart card which is embedded with an IC chip, and is used by being connected to a terminal. Provided is a smart card including a metal, which includes: a body which forms the body of the smart card, and includes metal; a pocket which is recessed in one side of the body connected to the terminal, and is inserted with the IC chip; and an insulator which is inserted into the pocket outside the IC chip. According to the present invention, when the smart card including metal is connected to the terminal, a short-circuit or an electrical error due to the contact between a metal part of the card and a connection part of the terminal is prevented by forming the pocket installed with the insulator in the outside of the IC chip connected to the terminal. Thus, the occupied terminal can be used stably without stop while having good durability. |
