The present invention relates to a method for constructing a project management information system (PMIS) through CO_2 emission quantity database based on RFID, which can collect and manage all sorts of data generated in a construction step more easily and accurately through PMIS construction based on RFID. A method for making a database of CO_2 emission quantity in a PMIS which will be used in facility management system (FMS) construction to enable CO_2 emission management of the construction step for achieving a national greenhouse gas emission reduction target includes: a first step in which a PMIS server collects travel time of a vehicle used in the construction, and makes a database of CO_2 emission quantity by using a condition value of the corresponding vehicle; a second step in which the PMIS server collects operation time of equipment used in a construction site, and makes a database of CO_2 emission quantity using a condition value of each equipment; and a third step in which the PMIS server gathers the collected CO_2 emission quantity of the vehicle and the equipment, and processes the CO_2 emission quantity into data to be used in the FMS, and then stores the data.
