摘要 The present invention provides a floor block system using a shock-cushioning pad and a double punched plywood and a cap, and a structure of the floor block system which are easy to install and construct since a floor sleeper and a floor joist are not required; which is replaced quickly, managed and repaired by replacing only a system block corresponding to a required maintaining and repairing work; and which has technical characteristics comprising: a step of coating a vapor retarder on a floor surface of a concrete slab; a step of installing a shock-cushioning pad (a DM-PP pad) on the floor surface of a concrete slab on which the vapor retarder is coated; a step of stacking and installing the double punched plywood on the upper surface of the shock-cushioning pad; a step of fixing the double punched plywood on the floor surface of a concrete slab by inserting and installing a fixing material in a connection hole; a step of arranging and installing another shock-cushioning pad on each edge in the longitudinal and transverse directions of the double punched plywood; a step of fixing each double punched plywood on the floor surface of the concrete slab by inserting and installing a fixing material in the connection hole which is formed by penetrating the center and the edge of the double punched plywood; and a step of stacking and installing a main floor on each double punched plywood.
