The bearing puller includes a clamping ring 10, a ring sleeve 20 and a hollow clamping sleeve 30. The clamping ring has a tapped hole 11 and outer threads 12. The tapped hole is engaged with a threaded rod 40 and plate claws 13 are disposed around the bottom of the clamping ring. Each plate claw includes an extended ramp 131 and an inner lug (132, Figure 7). The ring sleeve includes an inner tapped hole 21 engaged with the outer threads 12 of the clamping ring. The clamping ring is mounted in the hollow clamping sleeve whose top surface is against the ring sleeve and inner bottom edge is against the extended ramp. When the ring sleeve is rotated and moved along the outer threads of the clamping ring, the hollow clamping sleeve is also driven to move vertically. Thus the inner diameter of a bottom of the plate claws is changed and scratches and noises can be prevented. |
