Mounting device of a length measurement system

The device has a base body i.e. mounting rail (1), and a holder (4) arranged such that the holder is longitudinally guided on the base body by an adjusting element (5) i.e. screw, in an anti-swiveling manner in a direction of a counter holder. A guide surface is formed at the base body in order to guide the holder. The holder comprises a portion bringable in an intervention with a length measuring system (2), which is fixable at the base body between the counter block and the holder by clamping. The counter holder is formed as a projection integrally formed on the base body. An independent claim is also included for a structural unit.
