The present invention relates to a device holding a wheelchair not to move in a vehicle driven by a disabled person and, more specifically, to a device holding a wheelchair not to move in a vehicle driven by a disabled person, which is installed inside a vehicle and supports the back part of a wheelchair and the rear portion of the head of a user. The device holding a wheelchair not to move in a vehicle driven by a disabled person according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an operating unit which has a base plate, a driving motor fixed to the base plate, and a rotating tube receiving a rotary power from the driving motor; and a supporting unit having a turning support of which one side is joined to the rotating tube and the other side has an upper support beam, an upper auxiliary frame joined to the upper support beam to be slid, and a head supporting plate joined to the upper auxiliary frame. |
