<p>A method for suspending traffic in a control system of a mesh network, the method including receiving a control message, by a control apparatus, in a normal state; detecting a mission critical action relating to a first control device, based on the received control message, wherein the mission critical action comprising at least one of the following: control device inclusion; control device exclusion; and mesh network topology update; entering a mission critical state; and suspending traffic relating to a second control device in the mission critical state. The method further including performing the mission critical action by communicating with the first control device; and returning from the mission critical state to the normal state in response to performing the mission critical action.</p> |
