A resin coating device which coats a resin solution on the surface of a steel plate by an embodiment of the present invention comprises the following: a resin tank with an internal space for storing the resin solution; a drip pan filled with the resin solution supplied from the resin tank; a roller unit including a pick-up roller in which one side is sunken inside the drip pan during a process, and an applicator roller which coats the resin solution by contacting the surface of the steel plate; a drip pan cover blocking the contact of the resin solution and the drip pan by being inserted into the inner surface of the drip pan; and a location changing unit connected to the drip pan cover to be moved toward the drip pan and be ascended.
