An organic light emitting diode display device according to the present invention includes an organic light emitting diode, a gate connected to a node B, a drain connected to an input of a high potential cell driving voltage, and a driving TFT including a source connected to the organic light emitting diode through a node C and controls the current applied to the organic light emitting diode, a first switch TFT which may pass the current from the node A to the node B in response to an emission control signal, a second switch TFT that may initialize the node C with an initializing voltage in response to an initialization signal, a third switch TFT which may initialize either one of the node A or the node B to a higher reference voltage compared to the initializing voltage in response to the initialization signal, a fourth TFT that may switch the current pass from a data line to the node A in response to a scanning signal, a compensating capacitor that is connected in between the node B and the node C, and a storage capacitor that is connected in between the node A and the node C. |
