<p>The present invention relates to a production method of a red ginseng extract containing prosapogenin, and the red ginseng extract produced by the method, more specifically, to: a red ginseng extract which is obtained by a step of heating red ginseng in water at 80-120°C for 12-36 hours, and a step of filtering the heated red ginseng, thereby containing remarkably high contents of prosapogenin including ginsenoside Rg3; and a production method thereof.</p> |
