The present invention relates to a support frame and a photovoltaic power generation system including the same. More particularly, a support frame for a photovoltaic power generation system includes a first part which is located in one surface of a solar cell panel; and a frame part which is located in the other surface of the solar cell panel and includes a second part which is combined with the first part to be open and close.
