摘要 <p>Provided are an apparatus and a method for cooling a superconducting wind turbine, the apparatus comprising: a rotor including a superconductor coil for generating a magnetic field; a refrigerant container receiving a refrigerant for changing the temperature of the coil; a refrigerator for keeping the current temperature of the refrigerant; a control unit for controlling the superconductor coil to generate a magnetic field, controlling an operation of the refrigerator according to generation of the magnetic field, and storing a range of distribution of a reference magnetic field strength; a magnetic field measuring unit for measuring distribution of the current magnetic field strength when the superconductor coil generates a magnetic field according to a control of the control unit; a determining unit for determining whether the distribution of the current magnetic field strength which is measured by the magnetic field measuring unit is out of the distribution range of the reference magnetic field strength according to a control of the control unit; and a refrigerant temperature control unit for controlling the current temperature state of the refrigerant to be lain within a range of reference refrigerant temperatures corresponding to the distribution range of the reference magnetic field strength if the distribution of the current magnetic field strength which is determined by the determination unit is out of the distribution range of the reference magnetic field strength.
