The present invention relates to a refractory structure for manufacturing nickel powder and a method for manufacturing nickel powder. The refractory structure for manufacturing nickel powder according to the present invention includes a first crucible made of graphite, a second crucible which is disposed inside the first crucible and is made of ceramic, and a heat insulation material inserted between the first crucible and the second crucible. The refractory structure for manufacturing nickel powder according to the present invention enhances productivity by improving melting and vaporization of nickel due to improved heat insulation, can manufacture nickel powder with high purity by controlling impurity content, and can prevent cracks in the structure.
