The present invention can recycle resources; reduces costs for discarding films; and prevents environmental pollution caused by discarding the films as the films can be recycled by removing foreign materials on the films. The present invention includes a frame with supporting legs and transverse bars connected to the middle portions of the supporting legs; a feeder which supplies the roll-type films desired to remove foreign materials on those on one side of the frame; a winder which takes out the films supplied from the feeder on a position opposite to the feeder and winds the films which foreign materials are removed; and a remover which is installed between the feeder and the winder and which removes foreign materials on the films transferred from the feeder to the winder. |
