The present invention relates to a fluid cutter, wherein a plurality of balls, a roller, a ball plunger, a valve piece, an elastic piece, a sliding piece or a seesaw piece are interposed as an opening or closing unit for opening and closing a plurality of through-holes in an inner tube that has a plurality of through-holes on the peripheral surface thereof; an outer tube with a plurality of through-holes is in contact with the peripheral surface of the inner tube; one of either the inner tube or the outer tube is a rotator and the other a fixture; and one of either the inner tube or the outer tube is connected to a fluid supply source which supplies a fluid that becomes a bubble or a drop. |
