According to an embodiment of the present invention, disclosed is a method for manufacturing a color steel sheet with superior clarity comprising: a step for forming a preprocessed layer on a foundation layer; a step for forming a under paint film layer on the preprocessed layer; a step for coating a photocurable paint composition on the under paint film layer; a step for overlapping a film on the coated photocurable paint composition; a step for drying the photocurable paint composition by irradiating ultraviolet rays to the overlapped film; and a step for separating the overlapped film. According to another embodiment of the present invention, disclosed is the color steel sheet with superior clarity comprising a foundation layer; a preprocessed layer; a thermosetting under paint film layer; and a photocurable over paint film layer where a pattern is transcribed in a surface in order. A paint composition of the photocurable over paint film layer comprises, in the total weight percentage of paint, 40-70 wt% of urethane (meta) acrylate prepolyme, 15-45 wt% of (meta) acrylate monomer, 3.5-9 wt% of photoinitiator, and 2-6 wt% of adhesion promoter.
