<p>An object of the present invention is to provide an AG alloy film suitable for transflective electrode of a flat panel display, which is the AG alloy film with comparative thin film thickness capable of being transflective, indicating low electricity resistivity and reflectivity and transmissivity to be desired, and also hardly blazing characteristics (for example, the electricity reflectivity is hardly increased.) even though the present invention passes the heating process.
