The present invention relates to a pipe connecting device. The pipe connecting device comprises a flange moving by the clamping force of bolts and nuts and pressing an elastic sealing member coupled to a housing member through a pipe. The elastic sealing member is compressed and expanded to securely seal the pipe and the housing member and to prevent a moving body from stopping. |
