The applied unit for transporting and cleaning of tuberous roots consists of a frame, a feed conveyer, a baffle brush, a cleaner as the cleansing block, formed by driving cylindrical rollers which are revolved in pairs-meeting, mounted located longitudinal and form by itself in a transversal plane V-like surface. The surface of cleaner consists of two parts, mounted on separate scopes which are from below set in the cylindrical hinges of frame, and from above related to the mechanisms of their turns and fixing. In middle part of cleansing block an activator is mounted as a driving conical brush with elastic rods. The axis of brush of activator has a knee form, on two knees of which, into a cleaner, two cylindrical brushes of small diameter are mounted, with possibility of free rotation. The drive shaft of activator is additionally related to the frame in axial direction of compression a spring. Under a cleansing block an unloading conveyer is mounted. |
