The present invention relates to an ultrasonic testing device performing a non-destructive test. The ultrasonic testing device performing a non-destructive test according to the present invention includes an ultrasonic mirror assembly including a transceiving module and a mirror reflecting the ultrasonic waves; a hydraulic turbine unit which is formed to be integrated with the ultrasonic mirror assembly and/which rotates the ultrasonic mirror assembly around an axis of a pipe; and a fluid supply unit which supplies fluid for providing the torque to the water turbine unit. |
