The present invention relates to an inflow type scum removal device including a scum inflow pipe which is installed in a precipitation bath that raw water flows in, wherein scum flows into the inside of the precipitation bath; a scum discharge pipe of which one side is installed at the precipitation bath and the other side is coupled to one side of the scum inflow pipe so as to discharge the scum into the exterior; and a lifting means installed at one side of the precipitation bath, wherein a vertically moveable link arm is coupled to the other side of the scum inflow pipe to allow the other side of the scum inflow pipe to be able to vertically move. By this configuration, it is possible to discharge the scum to the outside of the precipitation bath by efficiently introducing the scum into the scum inflow pipe through a scum inflow groove only by vertically the other side of the scum inflow pipe from an upper layer to a lower layer of the raw water.
