METHOD OF MANUFACTURING COMPLEX PROFILES OF CUTTING BLADES AND DEVICE FOR INSTALLATION OF BLANKS ON TABLE OF MILLING MACHINE

The inventions relate to machining of complicated profiles of cutting blades of tools by contour milling of metal blanks in the form of thin plates. A method of manufacturing complex profiles of cutting blades provides milling blanks in the form of a thin metal plate, which is fixed at an acute angle to the machine table followed by advance of an end mill and contour milling of a complex profile of cutting blades of tools. A device for mounting blanks on the table of milling machine for manufacture of complex profiles of cutting blades consists of two prisms of different height with grooves at an acute angle to the machine table for installation of the blank therein in the form of a metal plate, pressure bars and screws. The inventions provide efficient fabrication of complex profiles of cutting blades in one pass of the end mill in a metal plate.
