The present invention is to improve the″depth inclinometer″of Koran Patent No. 10-0996411 by the present applicant. A depth inclinometer of the present invention comprises: a movement distance meter (10) for measuring the depth of a hole punched by a punching device; an inclination sensor (20) for measuring the inclination of the punching device inclined in an X-Y axial direction while the punching device punches the hole; and a monitor (50) for receiving signals from the movement distance meter (10) and the inclination sensor (20) to display and store data about the inclination depending on depth. The depth inclinometer of the present invention further comprises: a geomagnetic sensor (30) for measuring the due north direction; and a gyro sensor (40) for measuring the value of slewing of the punching device, which occurs while the punching device punches the hole. According to the present invention, the displacement position of the punching device with respect to the due north direction by the geomagnetic sensor (30) is displayed on the monitor (50), and the punching device can be set to a position to be punched by using display values of the inclination sensor (20) and the gyro sensor (40). In addition, when the punching device punches the hole, the data of the movement distance meter (10), the inclination sensor (20), and the gyro sensor (40) are provided to the monitor (50), so that the inclination of the punching device depending on the hole depth and the slewing value of the punching device are displayed and stored on the monitor (50).
