<p>The present invention relates to a fast hardening solidification agent for a deep mixing method on sea and, more particularly, to a fast hardening solidification agent for a deep mixing method on sea, in which blast furnace slag cements are used as a main material and waste calcium hydroxide and petrol cokes desulfurized plaster generated as by-products of a desulfurization process in a steel mill are used in combination as a stimulant to impart fast hardening properties for promoting the strength development of the blast furnace slag cements. Thus, the latent hydraulicity of the powder of the blast furnace slag may be activated, and cementation strength may be developed. To solve the above-described technical tasks, the fast hardening solidification agent for a deep mixing method on sea includes 5-60 parts by weight of the waste calcium hydroxide and 5-60 parts by weight of the petrol cokes desulfurized plaster generated as by-products of a desulfurization process in a steel mill based on 100 parts by weight of the blast furnace slag cements.
