Disclosed is an epoxy binding agent for glass fiber and carbon fiber-reinforced plastics comprising epoxy diane resin, curative and organic solvent. The epoxy binding agent comprises diphenol E dicyane ester as curative and organic solvent at following ratio of components, parts by weight:The invention provides enhanced elasticity coefficients, especially at elevated temperatures, glass transition temperature and weight loss point in the air, makes it possible to disuse volatile organic solvents. |
