The present patent application discloses a method in which a terminal transmits and receives a signal with multiple transmission points in a wireless communication system. More specifically, the method comprises; a step of receiving CA setting information and a signal regarding fake-carrier aggregation (CA) to apply the CA setting from a main transmission point among the transmission points; and a step of transmitting and receiving the signal with each transmission point through a single carrier wave according to the information included in a fake-CA signal. The information included in the fake-CA signal comprises information regarding vitalization for an uplink and a downlink for each transmission points.
