The method for the contour plastic surgery and the elimination of the defects and the deformities of the facial soft tissues with plasmofilling provides for the sampling of the venous blood, the enrichment of plasma with the platelets, and the injection of platelet-enriched blood plasma layer-by-layer. Following the assessment of the immediate outcome of the implantation and according to the wishes of the patient, the correction is provided with extra injection of platelet-enriched blood plasma.
