A method for obtaining a food product of linseed includes using mature linseed with a moisture content of 5-6 %, moistening thereof prior to treatment with water up to a moisture content of 12-15 %, keeping for 3-5 min, continuous delivery of seeds onto a metal net, even distribution of the seeds on the net with a thickness of a layer of 3-8 mm, short heating, for 30-150 s, at a temperature of 150-350 °C. In doing so the heat is transferred to the seed below, from above heating is carried out with infrared irradiation. Heating is alternated with keeping without heating for 10-15 s. After thermal treatment the seed surface is sprayed with natural juice in an amount of 1-3 % with micronutrients of ions of potassium, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, selenium in an organic form as asparaginates. Sieving of linseed, obtained as a result of grinding the seeds, and further treatment thereof are carried out, the latter is conducted by means of passing thereof through constant magnetic field, which is formed in a gap between the poles of constant magnets with a residual induction of 0.1-0.5 Tl. |
