PURPOSE: A laver drying apparatus is provided to reduce energy for drying laver, and to improve the drying quality of the laver. CONSTITUTION: An evaporator (122) is installed on the upper side of a drying unit (110). A dehumidifying cooling unit (120) includes a blower operated to supply air to the evaporator. A supplying unit (130) includes a compressor compressing a coolant in the evaporator into high-pressure and high-temperature gas, and a condenser liquefying the gaseous coolant into liquid. A mixing unit (140) mixes cold air passed through the dehumidifying cooling unit with hot air passed through the supplying unit. A mixing space (142) mixes the cold air and the hot air. A first partition wall (144) is located in between the drying unit and the mixing space, and has vent holes on the bottom. A second partition wall (146) is located in between the supplying unit and the mixing space. |
