The present invention relates to a device for automatically neutralizing ballast water comprising an air pipe to flow air with pressure; a rotation generation part connected to the air pipe to flow air with pressure; a rotation generation part connected to the air pipe and including a rotator which is rotated in one direction by air being discharged from the air pipe; a rotational axis connected to the rotator, rotating via the rotational force of the rotator, and rotating in the same direction as the rotating direction of the rotator; a neutralizing agent tank connected to one end of the rotation generation part, which is not connected to the rotation generation part, and having a neutralizing agent inside; a stirring rotator connected to the rotational axis to rotate via the rotational force of the rotational axis and rotating in the same direction as the rotating direction of the rotational axis to stir the neutralizing agent in the neutralizing agent tank; a neutralizing agent discharge pipe connected to the neutralizing agent tank, discharging the neutralizing agent in the neutralizing agent tank and including an oil pressure pump; an oil pressure line having oil pressure flowing, controlling the oil pressure inside by including a solenoid valve, and controlling the operation of the oil pressure pump according to the opening and closing of the solenoid valve; and a deballasting pipe connected to one end of the neutralizing agent discharge pipe, which is not connected to the neutralizing agent tank, and having ballast flowing water to be discharged out of a ship. |
