Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a craftwork using leaf art. The method for manufacturing a craftwork using leaf art comprises the steps of: attaching one surface of a double-sided adhesive material to one surface of a leaf; attaching the non-adhesive surface of a material for design having one adhesive surface to the other surface of the double-sided adhesive material; clipping out the leaf according to the design of the material for design; and removing a protection sheet from the adhesive surface of the material for design and attaching the adhesive surface of the material for design to a craftwork. Accordingly the present invention using leaf art can save time and expenses needed for drying if using glue, by using the double-sided adhesive material such as a double-sided seal instead of glue, and can easily draw a required pattern because the shape of the leaf is maintained.
