Disclosed are a method, an apparatus, and a program for synchronizing navigation data. A first synchronization information is obtained from a receiver. The first synchronization information is used to synchronize a first navigation data received by the receiver from a navigation device. A sending time of a second navigation data sent from the navigation device is then determined based on the first synchronization information. A second synchronization information is calculated based on the sending time of the second navigation data. The second synchronization information is used to synchronize the second navigation data.
