A ruler functioning as a pen holder according to the present invention comprises a lower plate which includes a contact part in touch with one side of a pen to fixate the pen, which is attached to the top of the ruler in the longitudinal direction of the ruler, and which is vertically connected to the bottom of a first fixating part, a second fixating part, a first escape prevention part, and a second escape prevention part; the first fixating part which vertically protrudes from one top end of the lower plate and which is made of an elastic resin composition; the second fixating part which vertically protrudes from the other top end of the lower plate and which is made of an elastic resin composition; the first circular escape prevention part fixed to one top end of the lower plate to face the first fixating part; and the second circular escape prevention part fixed to the other top end of the lower plate to face the second fixating part. The first fixating part comprises a side part which includes a contact part and which is joined to the lower plate; and an upper part to come in contact with one side of the pen to fixate the pen. The second fixating part comprises a side part which includes a contact part and which is joined to the lower plate; and an upper part to come in contact with one side of the pen to fixate the pen. The upper part of the second fixating part comprises three sides of which the longest side meets one side connected to the side part at an angle between 10°and 80°. |
